It's one of those Care Bears, but in a more traditional color.
The first vibe I am getting is from the movie Ted, of which you should be able to find clips from. The movie seems to be quite funny.
I hope Sally does not run to a doctor and have the doctor load her up with anti-psychotics...then Sally would become one of those "zombies" who has trouble crossing the street...
