Like Oil and Water

 Two very different alien people who barely co exist with each other. On human colony world of New Prussia, there is a neutrality truce between the Theocrats and the Dragon Ladies. That truce is not always observed away from civilization on that large exo planet.
It is not uncommon to hear about interstellar conflicts between these two space faring people. Many Earth nationalists love to observe the conflicts and try to salvage technology for their leaders. Occasionally these nationality's get involved in battles on one side or the other.
