Julia and Hector

I recently had a question about Julia, and her changeling abilities. As far as she knows, she can only transform into a dragon girl. Hector, has the ability to change fully into a dragon. Both Julia and Hector were given the same serum. This puzzles the adults who were helping them to regrow lost lost body parts. Both teen had a learning curve about their changeling ability's and adventures on their home world of New Prussia.
