This is a page from an art Journal I have created for a couple of teen relatives. This has been a fun blank book to fill. At this time, almost all of the book has been filled with drawings, art lessons and sayings from wise people. It has been ALLOT of work!
I started this blank book back in the 1980s. At that time, I was using tech ink pens and also fountain pens. I was frustrated by how the paper bled, when I used those pens. So, I "retired" that book. When I planed to create a journal book for those teen, I searched my library for something they would be proud to own. I then tried my dip pens on this book, and they worked great!
I was pretty proud of this cat drawing.
Hopefully, this art book project will be finished in the first week of December, as a Christmas gift.
